Can I have RIM text on a button I designed using your Online Button Designer software?
The online button designer is set up to design just the face of the button. Please be sure to be as specific as possible otherwise we will use a simple but readable font.Hits : 44 -
Why won't my image upload?
Our online button designer software only allows .jpg and .png files. If you have access to graphic design software you can easily re-save your image as .jpg or .png. If you do not have access to software send an e-mail to info@justbuttons.org with the image you would like to use attached. Once we receive the image we will have our designer convert the file and send it back to you for use on our website.
Another reason some files do not upload properly is because they are too large. If this is the case and you have access to design software resize your image slightly larger than the button you will be creating. Make sure that the image is 300 DPI. For instance if you are creating a 3" button, you may want to save your image with a width of at least 4" at 300 DPI that way you can re-size your button on the screen without loosing image quality and maintaining a nice bleed area. If you do not have access to design sofware please send an e-mail to info@justbuttons.org with the image you would like re-sized and we will have our designer re-size the image and e-mail it back to you.

Can I save a design I created using your online button designer and edit it later?
No, at this time you cannot save a design you made using our online button designer. However, if you are not ready to place your order, make a note of your design ID. We do keep copies of designs in a temporary folder and can look them up using the design ID.
To locate your design ID add one button to your cart. You will be transfered to the shoppin cart. Your design ID is located below the description of your button. Once you write down your design ID you can exit the site/cart.
Once you are ready to place your order add the number of buttons you'd like to your cart. Skip the art upload screen. On the last page of the ordering process there is a note section. Type in your design ID and let us know you'd like to see a proof of the design before we go to print.
