  • How do I reorder?

    1. Login to www.justbuttons.org
    2. Select the size and shape of the button you'd like to order
    3. Check out.
    4. On the last page of the check out, in the notes section enter the PO and or the DesignIds from your easy reorder card (also available in your purchase order confirmation email).
    5. We'll take care of the rest.

       If you don't have your PO or design Ids, or would rather have us place the order for you, just give us a call at 1-800-564-2924

  • How can I view/change my account information?

    You can view/change your account information, as well as view previous orders by:

    1. Login to justbuttons.org

    2. Click the logout icon.

    3. In the logout popup click, Account Maintenance.

  • How do I re-order?

    We keep all art on file.  To re-order simply place the size/shape/quantity of buttons you would like into your cart. On the last page of the order form is a notes section. In the notes section type in the PO of the order you would like us to re-run and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Do you price match?

    Yes, we will price match any legitimate competators price. In order to price match we will need you to scan/email us a copy of the competitors full estimate along with any terms/conditions. We only price match on quotes that are for the exact same size, shape, colors, turn around,  and shipping.

  • What paper should I choose?

    In most cases standard white paper is what you need. It is not lower quality. Photo paper is generally only used for shorter runs of photograpic buttons.  Acetate is a clear plastic that we can print on. Anything white in your design will be silver. The other colors are specialty papers. Please keep in mind when designing a button for colored paper that there will be no white in the final product. Anything that is white in the design will be the color of the paper.  If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask!

  • When is an order considered placed?

    An order is considered officially placed when you click the confirm order button on our website. Simply not paying for your order at check out does not cancel your order. If you do not intend to pay for your buttons DO NOT confirm the order.  If you would like to see a quote  you can use our instant quote feature, or you can contact us.

  • Are your buttons laminated?

    No, our buttons are not laminated. However, the do come with a protective mylar covering. The mylar we use is exceptionally durable and resists water, scratching, and denting.

  • What is Acetate?

    Acetate is a clear film that we can print on instead of paper. Acetate allows for the silver shell of the button to show where ever there is white in your design.  You can view an example of an acetate button on our facebook page.

  • What are your Refund/Return Policies?

    Due to the nature of custom buttons all orders are non-refundable/returnable. However, if an error has been made by Just Buttons we will re-run your order at no charge. It is important that you open and check your order as soon as it is received.

    Just Buttons will not re-run orders due to customer errors this includes, but is not limited to, typos, spelling errors, incorrect file submission in accordance with our graphic guidelines ie pixelated files, small/blurry type, duplicate orders, misunderstandings of turnaround time stated on justbuttons.org, slight color variances within four color (CMYK) standards, disregard for bleed and die cut areas within stated limits available in our graphic guidelines, and undeliverable packages.

    Other errors that customers are responsible for include blank submissions, borders, incorrect image orientation, crop marks, hard to read text (extra small fonts/display fonts), missing fonts and images, missing logos, mini images, images that are not full bleed, colors that are out of gamut, designs that are outside of our stated safe zone and pixelated files, files that are flattened with the guidelines still visible.

  • Do you offer discounts or have any coupons?

  • Can I get a RUSH order and what does it cost?

    Yes, we would be happy to help you with your RUSH order. Rush orders are an upcharge of 50% plus shipping.  Most orders of 2000 buttons or less can be turrned around and shipped within one business day.  Please contact us to confirm availability of your delivery date.

    No, at this time we are not members of a union.

  • Are your parts stamped?

    No, we do not stamp our name, phone number, or anything else on any part of your buttons.

  • Do your buttons have pin backs?

    All of our custom buttons come standard with pin backs. However, our buttons can be made into a variety of other products such as bottle openers, zipper pulls, key chains, pocket mirrors, and magnets.

  • How are your buttons made?

    Just Buttons is an American company. We use American made button machines and button parts. We start off by taking the artwork you provide and printing it on our digital printing press. We use the same machines that you find in professional print shops all over the country. The printed pages are then die cut and staged for production. We are currently running three electric button presses. An operator places a metal shell, the die cut graphic, protective mylar (clear plastic cover), and button back into the machine. The machine presses the pieces together and the button is formed. The buttons are then weighed to ensure an accurate piece count, packaged, and sent to shipping.

    Yes, justbuttons.org is verified daily by verisign and sitelock. Our check out is protected by a SSL provided by Geotrust. During checkout look for the green bar and padlock icon. When you see those you know your private information is being protected by up to 256-bit encryption.

    Live chat is generally available between the hours of 9-4 during M-F.  Although depending on our current workload our chat operators may be making buttons. If live chat is not availalbe, please send an e-mail and JB will get back to you right away.

    We manufacture buttons Monday-Friday between the hours of 9AM-5PM EST. We are not open on the weekends. However, JB will answer urgent questions via e-mail over the weekends.
