In most cases when we ship out orders tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address you registered on justbuttons.org with. Some more aggressive spam filters block this auto-generated emails. If you would like a tracking number email us or initiate a chat session.

Turn around is determined by how many buttons you order and which shipping option you choose.  If you enter a deadline we will do our best to make sure that the buttons are delivered ON the day requested.  For instance, if today is the 1st and you order 100 buttons with priority mail shipping, your expected delivery date would be 5-8 days from the first (excluding any weekend days or holidays). However, if you put your requested delivery date as the 30th. We will ship your order for delivery on or before the 30th.

Be sure that your requested delivery date falls in line with our stated turn around times and don't forget to factor in shipping times. If you have any question about your deadline please contact us to confirm availability.

We offer a variety of shipping options designed to accommodate any budget.  When checking out we highly suggest that you click the check delivery date button to make sure you choose the correct processing/shipping options. Our shipping rates are based on weight.   We offer free shipping/handling on all orders. However, free shipping/handling is SLOW.  When you choose free shipping, make sure you add on an additional 5-9 business days to the turn around time.  We also offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail. Shipping via Priority Mail is 2-3 days. We located on the East Coast, so if you're in California expect the USPS to take the full 3 days for delivery. FedEx is by far the most reliable shipping option we offer. You can choose FedEx Express Saver, which is 3 day shipping, FedEx 2 day, and FedEx overnight.  Shipping times are ALWAYS in addition to turn around times. Yes!  Please contact us in advance for personalized shipping quotes. We'll do our best to work with you to keep the shipping prices to a minimum. 

Our free shipping/handling option is for non rush orders. Free shipping/handling is SLOWER than all the other options. Free shipping/handling takes and additional 5-9 business days plus the time it takes to produce the buttons.

Do not choose the free shipping option if you have a hard deadline, or need your buttons sooner than within a 2-3 week time frame. If you have a deadline, please opt to pay for priority shipping/handling or our Rush services.

 

We will not honor unrealistic requests for delviery dates. Do not choose free shipping and request that your buttons  be delivered in two business days.  If in doubt, please contact us to confirm.

Yes. If you would like us to use your FedEx account, choose the free shipping option during checkout. In the notes section on the last page of the order form, let us know how you would like the package shipped (ground, Express Saver, 2 day, Priority Overnight etc) and provide your account number.

We ship via FedEx and the USPS. If you have a FedEx account we would be happy to have FedEx bill you directly rather than us bill you.

Turnaround or production times are our best estimates. We generally can keep to the following schedule:
 
Orders 1k and less 3-5 business days plus shipping/handling
Orders 1k -5k 3-8 business days plus shipping/handling 
Orders 5k -10k 8-12 business days plus shipping/handling 
Orders 10k and up - Contact us for current schedule (10k orders can generally get out within a 2-3 week window)

 

Business through out the year fluctuates. Sometimes we are able to get orders out much faster, and sometimes a little slower. If you have a hard deadline, please contact us in advance to confirm the availability of your delivery date.

Turn around refers to the amount of time that it takes us to produce an order. Turn around + Shipping times= how long it will take for you to receive your order.
