  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order within one business day of placing it. After that we start production. If you have dire cirumstances, depending on how far we have gotten into production we may be able to stop production and charge you only for the time and materials used.

  • Do you accept PO (Purchase Orders)?

    Yes!  We do accept purchase orders. Simply choose the invoice option during check out. An e-invoice will be generated for your records and will get your order into our system.

  • Do you invoice?

    Yes, we do. All invoiced accounts are net 15. If you require longer than that please contact us in advance.

  • I just placed an order, when will I receive my payment instructions?

    Payment instructions are generally sent within 1-2 hours after an order is placed. Over weekends and holidays you can expect to receive your pament instructions on the following business day.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover through or merchant account, Paypal and American express through Paypal (you do not need a paypal account to pay with paypal), and personal and corporate checks.
