Custom Buttons

Image Requirements: The images should be 300 DPI at in diameter or square. This is not necessary, but any less DPI could result in poor quality graphics. Your finished button image should either be a circle, or fit inside a circle properly. Please try to use our template to set up your pin before you send us your artwork. If you are having trouble setting it up we can help you with this. Images need to be sent as a Photoshop, Illustrator, JPG or TIF file. We can also design a text only button at no charge. When you contact us about making a text only button, please specify which font you want us to use as well as what colors. If you do not know what font you would like to use try going to one of these sites. Acid Fonts, 1001 Free Fonts Fonts. Our graphics team can also create a custom button for you at a reasonable rate. For most designs it should only take 1/2 hour to complete. On request we will send you a screen shot of your button set up as to what it will look like. If you want us to make changes to it we will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for.

Downloading instructions: Download file and then you can use it in Photoshop or Adobe Acrobate
Important: Background artwork must extend out of the red circle to the black circle. Keep all important artwork inside this circle as this is what will be on the face of the button.
IMPORTANT!Do not flatten the image before sending it to us or if you do make sure that the red circle is not visible!

Ordering custom buttons: If you already know what you want, send us an e-mail with your image attachment. (Make sure you follow the Image Requirements or your order could be delayed.) Let us know the quantity you want and the method of payment you'd like to use. We can take checks, money orders and preferably Paypal. Your order will be started only after payment received.

Ordering Questions:
Q: Can I have more than one design in my order?
A: Yes, although you must have a minimum of 25 buttons per design.

Q: Can my order be rushed?
A: Yes we can but there is a 15% increase to the total cost of your order.

Q: What type of equipment do you use?
A: We use the Tecre press model 152, a color Minolta 2300w laser printer and for a cutter we use the Machine 500 from USA Buttons. All of our parts come from USA Buttons. They are the same high quality as Tecre only less expensive which helps us pass on the savings to you.

Q: How long will it take before I get my buttons?
A: There are several factors which will have a effect on how soon we can get your order out. There are always orders in our system at all times and we make orders in the order they are recieved. The longest you should have to wait for us to begin production of your order should be one week. The average times for production on orders is
50 - 500 = 1 day
1,000 - 2,500 = 2 or 3 days
5,000 = 1 week
5,000 - 10,000 = 2 weeks

Keep in mind that this is just a general time frame and actual production times may vary. It will definitely speed up your order if you use our templates to prevent your artwork from being rejected.
